MY ASSIGNMENT, MY GIFTINGS, MY FINANCIAL PROSPERITY 1. Think of your gifts as seeds, your assignment as a farm yard duty and financial prosperity as the harvest. 2. There are no better ways to define mediocrity than a man who hunts outwardly for prosperity. 3. Nobody ever and will ever become rich without finding a seed, sowing the seed and then harvesting it. 4. Your first path way to financial largesse is encroaching your barn of seeds- your giftings. 5. The best way I will treat this topic is to begin from the middle that is with Giftings. 6. Imagine a standing fan sold in the market without a stand or base nor its blades or blade cover? 7. Excepts if the buyer needs the parts to complement its own standing fan, that fan will remain long in the market. 8. So nobody will buy or pay for you until you have found, positioned and even proved your gifts. 9. A product whose parts are incomplete are only useful for spares, and spares only gets spares value. 10. Now what do I mean? You are a product, produced by the master producer and you certainly have been brought to the showcase because you have what it takes to be paid for! 11. The moment you came here, you have been brought to the showroom and it doesn’t matter if you look, feel or seem different from other brands, you are in the showroom (world) because you are fit for display. 12. My point exactly is: You, yes you, have a Gift worthy of the showroom and your financial prosperity will come from displaying those giftings. 13. So for this discuss, permit me to define gifts or giftings as a range of endowments (natural and nurtured), values or valuables potentials that makes up any individual. 14. The way you think is a gift, the way you see things is a gift, your community of friends is a gift, your natural talent is a gift, your challenges are gifts, your zeal is a gift, your strength is a gift, your knowledge is a gift. 15. Most importantly, your gift is a seed, raw in potential form, and you have a lot to do to convert them all. 16. The ability to discover a seed or potential, take them to the field for harnessing leads to attraction of value hunters. 17. In fact one of the greatest problems of this generation is how to turn potential kinetic and rightly commercialize value.

18. So permit me to say, the first bus enroute prosperity is discovery of gifts, abilities and potentials. 19. We all have a pile of gifts that must be identified, maximized and commercialized. 20. It is vital to note however that of all the gifts a man has, majority are subsets and compliments to the major gift, so you must identify which is the subset and which is the major. 21. The above is important so that you don’t major in the minor or minor in the major. 22. But the best way to identify which gift to major in is to evaluate spiritually. 23. Your access key to the palace of prosperity is in discovery and development of your gifts.

What should I do with my gifts? a. Identify them; they are usually more than one. b. Sort them…Which is the major, which are the subsets(note the plural) c. Sharpen them; be better at it, It is said that we need about a thousand hours to do so! d. Showcase the gifts…People will pay any amount for value seen and confirmed! e. Seek positive critics and appraisals f. Return to (c) and run through again and again to (e).

MY ASSIGNMENT

24. I remember loosing a debate because I argued off-point; I also remember been disqualified from a relay because I didn’t know what I was assigned to do! 25. Imagine Lionel Messi being a boxer, or a golfer or an actor? He might do either well, but not as well as he would with a 13 ounce soccer ball. 26. Gift is potential, assignment/work is kinetic; potential is zero and kinetic is limitless. 27. So you must invest your gifts in assignments (the proper assignment). That is, where Prosperity comes from. 28. And hey don’t wait to start when an assignment comes, assign to yourself tasks to garnish the gifts for the palace. 29. Palace stardom started from private straining… and personal syncing. 30. You must daily put your skill to assignments, seek platforms to prepare… beg for opportunities if you have to… and hey don’t think of the money yet. 31. Poverty starts when you begin to place money above value…nobody pays for nothing, people pays for Quality and that comes squarely from perfecting yourself on the assignment. 32. Many will not proper, not because they lack gifts of because they are not assignments, but because they are doing the wrong assignment fairly well rather than very well. 33. When you understand how to flourish at your assigned portion, you will be the assigned choice.

34. Most importantly, we all have divine assignments, and I should also say that every assignment has been garnished with its facilitators and leverages (gifts). 35. You see, whatever you have been assigned to do, you have been blessed (gifted) to do. 36. So your gift is actually a hint of what your assignment would be, so look into your gift kit to flourish in your assignment.

WHAT DOES YOUR ASSIGNMENT NEEDS? a. It needs your Will, Zeal and commitment b. It needs the right people around you…no one is neutral to those he associates c. Your assignment needs patience, nurture and publicity. d. You also need mentorship

MY FINANCIAL PROSPERITY 37. You see, poverty is the only thing that has more enemies, yet much more companions and friends…majority of whom are victims by folly 38. What people really need is a money magnet and not money itself. Just like women, he who wants money should first focus on value. 39. I have often said; no one has a money problem only a value problem. The day you understand that, desperacy is terminated with the thirst for value 40. God is too rich for you to be poor, he completely desires that you are in affluence so much that you can lend to nationS. 41. I strongly believe that when God said we should be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth, he also had finance in mind. 42. So if God desires that we be so rich, how come we are yet so poor? It is because we have done everything else asides what we have to do; Invest! 43. Money is like a seed- You don’t sow it, it doesn’t grow. 44. I have said it time and again; there are two people in the world, those who spend money and those who invests money, the difference is clear now and it will be clearer later. 45. Poverty will increase where there is no seed. 46. So what do I invest in? Invest in your gifts and assignment. That is your capital to start up what ever conglomerate you see in your dreams. 47. Praying for money is like praying for air, it is available, readily available…what we all need is a money magnet. 48. Our greatest chance of prosperity lies in us daily investing in the assignment. 49. Even if Aliko Dangote gives you a billion today and you choose to spend rather than invests, its only a matter of time. 50. It can be with us as it is in heaven if and only if we learn how to do it on earth.
