PAROUSIA BRIEF HISTORY

PA-ROU-SIA

Parousia is an ancient Greek word that connotes ‘Divine Presence’, ‘Arrival’, and ‘Official

Visit’. Parousia is a meeting put together by God through his vessels to advance the

assignment of the kingdom.

Parousia is a meeting birthed out of the mind of God through his beloved in an

attempt to answer the question ‘Where is the presence of God? Some think His

presence is about goose bumps, feeling good and getting excited. There is more to what

the scripture tells us about His presence. This meeting attempt to delve into this

pattern.

Parousia came into being in order to give a better understanding of what

encountering with the presence of God really means.

This meeting is focused on three cardinal points:- Worship, Word and Wonders

(Creative Miracles). Under intense atmosphere of communicating sounds of the spirit

on which the presence of God rises upon to the undiluted dispensing of God’s Rhema

word. At this point anything can happen—wonders. It is at this point that the sick begin

to be healed, delivered, transformed, impacted, filled of the HOLYGHOST and also

salvation.

This meeting has been organized twice (2015 and 2016) with remarkable

testimonies from those who attended and those who got the tapes. This meeting has

gathered over 400 people since we started. In this third episode, we are raising the bar

according to the word of the Lord to at least one thousand people. This means more

miracles, healing and salvation.

PAROUSIA is all about PRESENCE PRESENT.

Parousia signifies THE SECOND COMING(not the judgement day though),The coming here symbolises the PRESENCE of the HOLY SPIRIT."No Parousia without HOLY SPIRIT".

The visionary of parousia is Makanjuola Damola David, alongside his team which emanated from school of the spirit. Parousia and school of the spirit are extensions of one another. Parousia is a graduating course which all members of school of spirit must partake in.it is a school like any other other schools you can think of.

PAROUSIA is a meeting where we engage in WORSHIP and THE WORD.Spirit filled worship open doors for the entrance of God's presence,before the word comes in. The WORD,taught as a God mandated it to be,comes with miracle."Where there is WORD,there is IMPARTATION.

PAROUSIA engages with the spirit of God,his word-RHEMA and encounter with miracles which last the test of time.

David and his team are vibrant youths in the renowned institution, KWARA STATE UNIVERSITY,MALETE where they organise these meetings once in a session. Parousia does not consult miracles,they are embodiment of miracles through Christ our Lord.We dont envy success,we celebrate success,achieveing excellence in all we do.
